Jesus, what a game. For christ's sake go out and get it. Buy a PS2 if you haven't got one. The soundtrack alone is worth the cash.

1. Oh no, no way
It's taken this long to put away GTA:VC, I don't need another distraction!

2. Hear Hear!
I've been spending 6 to 8 hours a day playing GTA, it's the only thing that has been able to pull me away from my computer over the past year or so.

3. No shit
I want to take off tomorrow so I can have GTA on one tv and cspan on the other. My wife is out of town next week on Veteran's day, so I'm already planning on playing GTA all day. But this is a good combination... playing games gets my stress level down from thinking about the election.

BTW, did you know you can go to the "private airport", park a car at the gate to jump over it, so that you can steal a jet and fly around town. Very very very sweet.

4. Can you get to the locked areas via the jet?

And buy areas I mean the two other islands/continents.

7. I think so....
I actually crashed before I made it. Early in the game (I've only beaten like 7 missions or so), when you try to leave town, you get a crapload of stars and get shot up by the police helicopters. But if you're in a jet, they can't even catch up to you, so I am assuming that you can make it to a different city. But you would probably be shot right away.

10. Yes you can, but not very far. . .
After crossing the boundries you'll recieve and immediate 4 star wanted rating. You'll have tons of police and s.w.a.t. teams after you, that is of course you actually make it to the ground. If you're in a plane or helo, a nice military harrier jet comes to missle you to the ground. Have fun trying :) I know I did :D

5. Since Tuesday, I've logged in about 10 game hours.
Take into account the number of times I had to reload the game after a failed mission, and the number of times I had to surrender control of the TV to my wife. So far, it's the greatest game I ever played.
Not to mention on Playback, the classic hip-hop station, I could have sworn I heard Chuck D (who plays the DJ) make a thinly veiled swipe at Poppy bush!

8. So is my other half...
I can't even get him to come to the computer to talk to me. He's been playing that thing non stop from the time he gets home until he goes to bed at night. When he first got GTA 3, he actually killed his first PS2.
