The idea that Bush has had the authority to order a nuclear strike has scared the hell out me for these past 4 years.

I know, I get worried about the damndest things. But this one is something I really haven't wanted to think too much about.

While I TOTALLY agreee with your sentiment, I feel it's incumbent upon me to point out that there is no such thing as 12PM. There is only 12 Noon and 12 Midnight. 12 belongs neither to AM or PM.
