I'm pumped up- my friends are getting political- protesting, volunteering!

My family, my friends, my coworkers! Granted we're all in CT (except DUer SouthoftheBorderPaul - my expat in the red zone of Nashville!!!! A MoveOn call volunteer!)

But EVERYONE'S charged up for nex Tuesday. Hell even mousy cubicle monkeys who thought I was nuts when I protested the war on 2/15/03 or when I protested the RNC are saying that they backed Bush at first - now they feel lied to!

WE'RE GONNA WIN!!!!

Freedom of choice! Freedom to love and marry who we love! Freedom to chose our own Religion or none at all! Freedom to be curious, to crave knowledge! Freedom to work and be healthy! Freedom to be tolerant and accepting! Freedom to be Black, Brown, Purple or Polka Dotted! Freedom to be a strong proud and powerful Woman! Freedom to be a sensitive, caring, inquisitive Man! 3. My timing sucks, but I feel apathetic.

Maybe it's just my state of mind as of late, but I feel as if we're scaling a mound of sand. This is the first time I truly felt that the Bushies are capable of snagging another one. Despite the fact that, in my personal surroundings, the ratio of Kerry supporters to Bush supporters is about 5:1, I'm not feeling too great. This sucks; fuckin' criminals.
