Please!!!!!!!!!someone help me (computer question)

I had a friend come over who is a computer tech. to fix a few things
on my computer.
Ever since when i sign on my screen rolls and when i go to my fav.
places it moves up and down real fast.
Look i know this Jack Ass has my IP address.
What can i do to prevent this????????? It only does it when he is
signed on.
I've lost my privacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Firewall is not preventing this.

Just go install SpyBot Search and Destroy and get a great Privacy Filter. It will prevent anybody from having any access to your PC.

3. Sounds like he did something that changed the video settings...

I doubt he is getting in through the net and doing this. He just screwed something up.

He could have set the video resolution to a setting that your monitor does not really support. It might have looked OK while he was there, too. Did the SIZE of the icons and text on the screen change at all after he worked on it?

Conversely, there might be a little knob on the back of your monitor for vertical hold, and adjusting this would fix your problem. Mostly only older monitors will have this, though.

Although I'm not clear on what exactly you're describing. Is it the screen that is acting flaky, and not the mouse pointer moving up and down real fast?

After a few minutes of signing on my Favorite places starts going
up and down. Im positive that im being hacked.
This only happens when a certain somebody is online.......which
worked on my computer.
Im sure he is accessing my computer from his. Im almost positve
he has my IP address.
