How do I paste a pic FROM MY FILES

Sorry.. I wasn't very explicit ... I'm trying to copy/paste from my files.. .is there a way?

2. You have to upload them to a server site.

Photobucket.com is free and is a great site. Then, when you have uploaded them, just copy/past the http link in your post. :hi:
