I'm not going to work on Nov.3rd.
I'm taking that day off. If Kerry wins I want to be part of the celebrations that will, no doubt, take place. I will get blotto. If Kerry loses I will be extremely depressed and I will get blotto. Either way, I won't be in good enough shape to work the day after the election.

I even requested if off all ready. I don't think my bosses will mind. They are both conservatives ... and won't want to risk watching me gloat. :toast: Me four?

4. I've been thinking about that myself.
I'll probably just go to work, either way. If we win, I'll be too happy and excited to sit around the house by myself. If we lose, I don't think I want to watch all the celebrating on TV, and the depression here at DU.

5. I'm taking
the day of the election off. I'm going to help transport voters to the polls. As it's my last day of vacation this year (I've been saving it) I'll have to go to work the next day. But I don't expect to be depressed.

or weeks...you know there will be lawsuits and squabbling...you planning to stay blotto the entire time? Might make the shit to come more tolerable...

7. Actually, this time I might just stay blotto the whole time.
I was cold sober for the last debacle. Won't make that mistake again.

8. probably a good idea
I don't know if I can take the on-again, off-again suspense. I think I might just leave the country for a couple of weeks...fly out after I vote and come home around Christmas...
