Poll question: How long will it take for someone to make an offer on my house?
My Irvine, CA home is on the blocks so I can live full time on Maui.

It has been :for Sale: 3 weeks now with a lot of interest but no offers. When will someone to make an offer on my house?

5. Remind me that I could never afford to buy a house in California
I think that I'll just stay here on the East Coast

7. We couldn't either
And if we did, we'd probably buy a 5,000+ square foot mansion here or maybe have two nice houses, one on a lake for the summer.
I guess that there are big differences in the price of property depending upon where you live.

6. the mortgage is bad enough but the taxes would be about 10k a year!
This is why I can't afford to sell and move here.
