Two epic shutout losses in NYC tonight...RNC and Tribe vs Yanks
Up in the Bronx, the Cleveland Indians beat the Yankees 22 to 0...the worst home shutout loss by the Yanks in the history of Yankee Stadium.

Meanwhile...downtown... it's poser night in The Garden, where make believe moderates spout pablum to a roomful of spooky, Purple Heart- desecrating, Caveman conservatives, who've just endorsed the most culturally-reactionary GOP platform since Herbert Hoover. And for just about any informed outside observer, the shabby veneer is finally starting to wear thin.

The losers: the Rove/ DeLay wing of the GOP.

This happens once in a Blue Moon...which just so happens to be shining over NYC tonight.
