What should I wear to a Kerry internship interview?
I have an interview tomorrow to be an intern for the Boston campaign office in the fall. I don't know what level of formality exists in these offices, so I do not know what to wear. It's rather hot outside, so I think a suit would be out of the question. Any advice? And even though it's my claim to fame, I am most definitely NOT wearing a "John Edwards is hot" shirt

p.s. it would be funny if my interviewer was reading this...

1. Wear a nice sleeveless dress, a sheath of something...
with a matching jacket.

You can remove the jacket and carry it if it is hot. It is formal, but still cool.

Wear low heels, and conservative jewelry.

Good luck.

2. Dress nice-casual
Appearance is important in political jobs from what I've seen. A nice blouse and slacks would be fine.

5. hmm
I don't have any nice-looking sleeveless dresses, so I am thinking nice black slacks and a collared white long-sleeved shirt with black pinstripes.
