A man who dropped his pants and tried to splash urine on a district justice last year is again in trouble with the law - less than three weeks after his conviction for terrorizing and harassing law-enforcement authorities, police said.
After receiving a report of a man yelling outside an apartment building on Easton Road at 6 p.m. Saturday, police said they chased Noel J. Gordon, 39, of the 300 block of Horsham Road, Hatboro, and eventually subdued him with a stun gun after he kicked a police dog and threatened police officers.
Police said they had encountered Gordon earlier that evening when they responded to a reported argument in the parking lot of the Robert Bruce Apartments at 5. They said Gordon ran off, but the woman, Diane Nader, 38, of the 400 block of Easton Road, Horsham, was cited for public drunkenness.
When she called a friend for a ride home, police said, Robert Barto, 37, of the 100 block of Upland Avenue, Horsham, arrived and he too was under the influence, said police, who cited him for public drunkenness.
