I hate it!
Sixteen ounces of brocolli and cauliflower, 1 bun, two 4oz chicken patties with garlic and onion seasoning... 7 chopped up large romaine lettuce leaves with 3 tbls (150 cal) of dressing and 18 croutons (120 cal).
That's all I've had today, and yet it tallies up to 690 calories. I nibble a bit every 3 hours and it hurts, oh it hurts! If I didn't add the oh-so-yummy dressing and croutons, I'd have eaten only 420 calories but be even more hungry. Down to 340 if I ditched the bun but it was high in fiber.
At 3PM and 6PM I can eat again, maybe small nibbles inbetween, topping the day's tally at 1500 cals. (1500-1700 is my daily intake, just spread out more frequently these days. Under 1200 would be stupid...)
Why can't they make food that tastes good but doesn't add calories so I can fill myself up? (I used to eat ~1800 cals per day, in the form of a large lunch and a big-ass dinner. Literally. :D So my stomach is quite big.)
