Due to a screw-up by Verizon, I was abruptly without internet service for the past 9 days. This morning however, I awoke to the dulcet tones of James Earl Jones on my answering machine notifying me that my DSL has been connected. Which is cool considering I canceled my DSL service a week ago.

So now I'm posting on borrowed time. I'm thinking about notifying them tomorrow, after I let all my peeps know my new info (getting cable internet on Fri). Hopefully they won't charge me since this is their screw-up.
