Or does it depend on if you are a night owl or an early riser (not a dirty remark).

2. 4:12 A.M.
This week, it is late night for me.

I did take a four hour nap earlier in the evening. I guess that is what you would call it. I woke up and could not get back to sleep.

My sleep is irregular. I have mega-insomnia quite often.

I will go back to sleep for a couple of hours soon.

4. late at night
but I won't be going to sleep anytime soon. I have to go to the dentist and be cut open in a few hours. I hate dentists and it is keeping me up!

6. Early morning
the birds are beginning to sing as they do just before dawn. The cats are waking up, arguing with each other over who gets the position closest to the door (they are outside cats and are waiting for me to come out and feed them).
