Tomorrow is the Belmont!!!! GO SMARTY!!!!
I hope DUers are watching tomorrow (and to make a helluva lot of cash)if Smarty Jones wins, he'll become the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed in 1978. 26 years is long enough to go without one!

1. You'd have to bet a bunch to make any money.
Isn't his morning line 2-5? Not good. The money-making will come from figuring out who amongst the other horses will run well. There's a lot of place and show money to be made, possibly.

3. I doubt he'll lose, but I hope he does.
If he wins, my sports section will be inundated with Smarty stories for ages, whereas if he loses it'll be one day and then nothing. I would prefer the latter.
