Sexy Strawberries Improve Love Life

IF your libido could do with a lift, try eating strawberries rather than oysters, says a leading nutritionist.

Patrick Holford – founder of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in the UK – says both strawberries and rasperries have high levels of zinc in their seeds.

Because you eat the whole fruit, rather than removing the seeds, this in turn boosts your own zinc levels.

Zinc is seen as nature's aphrodisiac for a number of reasons. It helps the production of testosterone and sperm in men, and high zinc levels reportedly make women more receptive to sex.

According to Holford, if a man has sex three times in 24-hours, he can use up his body's entire zinc supply!
