Best type of noodle for lo mien?
I have tried to make chicken lo mien twice. Once using big "lo mein" noodles and once using spaghetti noodles. Both times, it came out pretty bad. Anyone have some suggestions for noodles to use with your lo mien dishes.

You cannot use spaghetti noodles to make lo-mein they are made from semolina . The difference between the spaghetti and Chinese noodles is that the Chinese noodles can soak up the flavor. There are several varieties available rice or wheat. I cannot give us a recipe since I don't know how to cook, so I digress to someone else.
