NRA Racist Comments Exposed
Here's what NRA CEO
Wayne LaPierre has to say about our
efforts so far: "In my 25 years in
Washington Politics, I've never seen
such a carefully calculated and
coordinated assault." Well, he's just
seen the beginning.

Thanks to you, we've been able to
launch a new site (www.nraleaders.com
http://www.stopthenra.com/site/R?i=Ri8L3lue4uL-_v2Mejv72Q.. as the
first move. We're exposing the NRA
for what they have become: one of the
most extreme organizations in this
country and now, once and for all,
totally out of sync with the values
of Americans.

We thoroughly researched the NRA and
could not believe what we found, so
we posted the facts on a new site. It
will be clear to you just how
outrageous the NRA has become.

The NRA cannot get a free pass.
Clearly, board members who have
espoused racist, homophobic, and
violent views should be forced to
resign. Public officials, like Sen.
Larry Craig (R-ID), Reps. Barbara
Cubin (R-WY) and Donald Young (R-AL)
have an obligation to denounce those
statements and should resign from
the NRA's board of directors. Wayne
LaPierre, the NRA's CEO, who is
responsible for everything the NRA
does and says, should resign.

So click here
http://www.stopthenra.com/site/R?i=Be5-3v1xTr3-_v2Mejv72Q.. to see
what the NRA leadership stands for.
And, in their own words.

The new NRA Leaders site
http://www.stopthenra.com/site/R?i=aWIh-VM2uFP-_v2Mejv72Q.. is just
the beginning. We're going to
continue our public relations and ad
campaign with more print ads and a TV
spot.

The NRA has three utterly reckless
bills before congress we must stop.

1: Destroy Background Record Checks

The NRA wants to destroy records of
all allowed firearm sales within 24
hours instead of the current 90-day
law. They also want to block the ATF
from requiring gun dealers like
Bull's Eye Shooter Supply (the dealer
who armed the DC snipers) to take
regular inventories of their
firearms.

2: Give Bad Gun Dealers Immunity

This will give sweeping legal
immunity from lawsuits for Bull's Eye
and other gun manufacturers and
dealers who are negligent.

This makes a lot of sense. Immunize
Bull's Eye and take the right to sue
away from gun victims.

3: No Renewal of the Assault
Weapons Ban

This measure will put military style
rapid-fire assault weapons that have
been banned for the last ten years
back on the street.

The NRA is out of control and at odd
with the values of the American
people. Their hubris and bullying
tactics will be their worst enemy.

See what we mean: 1) Visit our new
NRA Leaders site by clicking here
http://www.stopthenra.com/site/R?i=jKYGek5e9Av-_v2Mejv72Q.. 2)
Forward this e-mail
http://www.stopthenra.com/site/R?i=_oDCUkLeGt3-_v2Mejv72Q..
to your friends, so they know too
just how insane the NRA has become.

Happy New Year,

2. Cheers to you! The bastards dissed Bonnie Raitt! That in itself is
enough to brand them fools and inbreds by itself. And without even considering that the majority of their leaders are right wingers from hell.

3. Great website!
95% of legal gun owners in America DO NOT belong to the National Republican Association. That's one fact they surely don't want their membership to know. Why have 95% rejected the NRA? Is it because they are merely a Republican party front with no real interest in guns? Hmmm...

8. Hmm...
The ACLU has 330,000 members. Does that mean 99% of the US population wants to restrict all civil liberty? Certainly not, and just because a gun-owner does not belong to the NRA does not mean they do not support what the NRA does.

6. Wayne LaPierre, what a joke...
I met that jerk about 20 years ago on a flight from Boston to Houston. He was sitting right beside me and I attempted to make conversatino with him, without success. He was condescending and stuffy. He fits right in with the SCI crowd and Charletan Heston.

7. Those gun lovers
should take their guns and go to Iraq and help the resident fight his dirty little racist war. It seems most of the soldiers want out. Now is the time for all freedom loving gun toting Bush lovers to come to the aid of the unelected fraud. I bet my last peso all of them have other priorities.

10. BTW...
what are they going to do when the NRA sues to get the www.nraleader domain name?

I'm pretty sure that "NRA" is a trademark...and that this site would qualify as a "trademark infringement"...Remember the hubub about the People Eating Tasty Animals website? Guess who won? It wasn't the meat-eaters...

11. I like guns.
I dont particularily care about NRA (I'm not a member), but aslong as they are fighting for the rights of people to have guns I'll support them on gun issues despite the other opinions that thier members might have that I dont agree on.

On the issue of guns I'll have to agree with "Chairman Mao," when he said something to the effect of "political power comes from the barrel of a gun."
