Thank you for posting that greeting. What language is that? I sounded out the words out loud and it is a very pretty sounding language, sort of soft and lilting.

6. Columbus is celebrated every year
with his own personal holiday. No one is celebrating Dr. Karenga, only the holiday he started. Maybe you will have a point when Dr. Karenga Day starts.

My original post was taken from the African Swahili language...

Kwanzaa is based on the Nguzo Saba (seven guiding principles), one for each day of the observance, and is celebrated from December 26th to January 1st.

I had done a bit of research, and was posting basic information about Kwanzaa on a local forum, so thanks to you, I was able to add the greeting.
