Another Trojan Horse from Bush about to be released in 2004.
Bush is destroying this country at a record pace. Beats anything I’ve seen in my 57 years. Why doesn’t he just come out and declare martial law, declare himself king, take everything we have, and give it to his rich friends? I know he’s waiting for the next terrorist event, but the American people are so asleep at the wheel, why wait? He could just come on TV and announce Saddam’s daughters have escaped and they’re flying on their brooms to the US with WMDs implanted in their boobs. Presto, we’ve got a Red Alert, and George is King.

In President Bush's upcoming State of the Union Address, we are going to hear a lot about something called an "Ownership Society." The idea is that American workers aspire to be owners - owners of stock for their retirement, owners of homes, owners of businesses, owners of good health insurance, and owners of the skills that they need to navigate multiple changes of jobs and careers. It sounds just great.

Take a closer look, however, and you will recognize the trademarked Bush combination of inspiring themes coupled with a complete absence of useful tools. In other words, bait-and-switch..........<more>

3. Only the beginning of more
Only the beginning of more market research sponsored social engineering.

I know it's in my manual here somewhere!

Let's seeeee.........ooohkaaaay

Ha!

Here it is! I knew it!

Ownership Society in the newspeak of Amerikaland is a euphemism for a Franchise based economy with satisfied consumer-citizens who seek the highest goal of being franchise-owners and millionaires like on TV --the new American dream.

Welcome to Amerika Disney Style -- Entirely programed, packaged, and mass produced for immediate consumption. One size fits all. Anyone can be a millionaire and create jobs! Unity at last.

These guys are crazy and incorrigible! What'll they come up with next?!

4. Son, you ain't been listening to Rush.
Why, you can just make your own job in this country under Bush. Rush told us the other day just how easy it is. When you get laid off, just go out and buy yourself a new computer and some office furniture. Pay an attorney to set yourself up as a corporation. Pay someone to design you a slick website, and start making money hand over fist. It's just that easy. Ole' Roger told him so.

8. One of my brothers believed this.
He lost his family's entire life savings investing in a franchise (after he volunteered for a layoff) and will be declaring bankruptcy in Feb.

NOW he understands about Rush. It's a shame it took total destruction of his personal financial situation to wake him up.

10. And there is an entire industry like Amway and similar con-artist
companies that are luring people into this type of thing. It's one thing to have an actual skill or product and start your own small business and a whole other thing to start a small business without a good skill or a good product to sell.

This type of thing also happened back in the 1910s and 1920s. There are so many desperate, vulnerable people who will try anything since they can't find a job and so many con-artists to take advantage of that.

12. One of the things you need to run a business
is a public that can buy your product. People earning low wages or who are unemployed can't buy anything, no matter how competively priced it is.

6. Any one have a MBA here? What are they teaching?
It sure is not the liberals running that program in college.I, for the life of me, can not see how you can keep a middle class buying if they have no jobs or jobs that pay you only to buy food. It seems as if more are slipping into the poor class. That two have to work to keep a family going in already a big change from my young married days. Course one can live on less but people do not what to and then they do back them selfs into this living higher than they need to style. My own parents worked(from Home) and that is how many in family worked so children were taken care of by parents and only one income was counted. I see this all a revolution and we do not even know we are in the middle of it.

9. Dubyas father declared Executive orders that would install Martial Law if
a National Emergency was declared, under any pretext, and the constitution would be suspended for 5 years. A magistrate Court would be installed and apparently the Articles of Confederation would be reinstalled. and the son of the author of this being nefariously installed as president by the questionable methods he was... pretty much defines a National Emergency !!

"Why doesn’t he just come out and declare martial law, declare himself king, take everything we have, and give it to his rich friends?"

Personally, I think it's just a matter of time before we have martial law. Maybe after the 2004 "election" Bush will be declared President for Life.
