If I need advice about my hair, I'd ask Vidal Sasson, not Phyllis Diller
therefore, why would I take advice from a republican when it comes to respecting George W. Bush?

A caller on Cspan this morning went on a tirade about how liberals are being driven by hatred of Bush to the extent that the hate consumes us and takes over our personas, thus making us "ugly" -- inside and out.

When Bill Clinton was in office, conservative columnists such as George Will called him a rapist (with no evidence to back up his claims), Charles Krauthammer says we are all "pathological" (he did more than his fair share of Clinton bashing -- while Clinton was in office as well as out), Ken Starr pretty much called Clinton a murderer (Vince Foster probe), and religious leader Jerry Falwell (R, Asshole) regularly took to the airwaves to pedal his "Clinton Chronicles", which depicted Clinton as a serial killer, drug runner, etc.

Now that was some serious HATING!!!!!

Wait a second -- I guess there IS something to learn from Republicans after all.

3. Me too. As far as "hating" George W Bush, I take my clue from
Harry Belafonte, who kept reiterating in his Larry King interview last year, who kept saying that he was against his "policies".

I find that to be much more satisying more substantive, and gets the discussion onto specific things that we can focus on.

It's the policies, that we disagree with. I think the man is somewhat irrelevant anyway and that the policies may be developed by the Cheney, Ashcroft, Perle, Wolfowitz, etc. cabal.

It's the POLICIES!

4. I'll Take My Cue From Franken
Who, earlier this month at a book tour speech, said with regard to them saying it's all just Bush Bashing. His reply: "Well, yeah!" I'm not ashamed to admit that.

I'm bashing him, because he's unworthy of respect, unworthy of his position, a failure in life, and is driving our bus over a cliff.

It is his policies. But for me, it's also HIM! It's what he stands for and what he represents. So, i'm a Bush Basher. And i'm proud of it.

He's an incompetent fool, surrounded by ambitious and heartless social darwinists, with policies that are rooted in two dimensions. I'm far too smart to fall for their rhetoric, and i personally resent their pursuit of the lowest common denominator in the electorate.

So, to reiterate: I'm a Bush Basher, and i like it!
The Professor

Serious Hating!!!! Bwahahahahahah

Indeed, seems like the Pubs all went to the class: Hating 101, How to hate with a Passion, and all graduated with honors.

I strongely suspect their reasoning is flawed too. Or is it their vision, as their perspective seems so diff from ours. We jus don seem to see eyeball to eyeball with a degree of sameness. We see things differently. Therein lies the basic prob

What to do??

Call in the Reason Doctors??

the World is getting hotter, the oceans level higher, rain coming down in buckets where there was no rain before, oil is getting to the end of the pump, not enough TV sets as mo kids being born every second, and mo mouths to feed.

10. Those of us with extreme
Fundamentalist relatives will recognize the pattern. They will freely say that you and everyone else is full of hatred, demonic, wicked, every name in the book, but if you try to say "Boo" back to them, they will cry, "stop persecuting me just because I am so full of the love of Jesus!" You can't win.

11. LOL CatWoman. I loved the comparison.
I noticed that Wolfie tried to pin the "liberal" label on Howard Dean today. Now I have nothing against being liberal but when they say it, it's intended to resonate as a dirty word so I know what you mean about Republicans advising on things they know nothing about.
