They are getting royally screwed by the law of averages, methinks. And I'm no lawyer, but this suit sounds particularly ridiculous. Conspiracy to discredit? Please. Who wouldn't want to discredit their significant other's paramour? If that's an actionable offense, shouldn't most of the country be in court most of the time?
