4. Yah, and the locks are free-flowing these days
Especially for silly transgressions like this.

This is yet another in a LONG list of examples why these arbitrary rules were such a BAD idea.

If all the members of DU had the chance to vote with proper debate, I'm sure these rules would get voted down.

Unfortunately, they were only posted for a week before the 'vote', which was mostly the Christians that are mad because those of us that don't believe in fairy tales have the nerve to say so.

We have to listen to them, they don't have to listen to us.

And I thought that the religious nuts belonged in Freeperville.

7. Not at all accurate, drdigi420
the Christians that are mad because those of us that don't believe in fairy tales have the nerve to say so.

No, while I wasn't one that "told on you", many of us who are religious/spiritual people are offended by our atheist brethren who find it not only necessary to state the fact that they don't believe in any "greater power" (which is fine by me), but to go further and actively denigrate and belittle those who do (as you do with the term "fairy tales").

IOW, you're guilty of doing the same thing that many atheists condemn the Christians in American society for doing to them.

5. Sorry I didn't see your response before the edit window turned pumpkin
I'll try to be more pointed about headlines in future (though in truth I don't really see what's 'off' about this one)

3. Funny - Clintons obey court orders, they're "obstructing"
Bush/Cheney/gang disobey direct court orders, they're protecting national security.

Both times, the dittododos eat up the runny, smelly, stinking mess and declare it's vanilla ice cream, even though they saw it coming out of the orifice.

6. Cartoon to the point.
Yes, someone should be asking this in seriousness.
