Clinton did NOT do this, nor did Carter..f*cking Repugs...every time they get caught doing something (else) illegal or unethical, the first words out of their mounthes are "The Democrats did it too,".

I watched Joe Biden destroy the Repugs this afternoon on Hardball..he said that they could have gone to the secret court up to FIFTEEN days after the wire tapping...so for me, the question now is, just who were they wiretapping? It must have been someone whom the secret court would have NOT have authorized, otherwise why not go to the court.

Bush and his cabal have been doing a serious No-No...and this just might be the sweet moment when all the sins come home to roost...ah, what a sweet Chritmas Prezzie that would be!

I think there must be a whole bunch of domestic individuals and groups, who where absolutely no threat to the country but to the administration, that were put under surveilance. I'll bet when it all comes out this will be devastating to the republican party. They wouldn't be covering their asses like this unless there is big stuff they are hiding. This will make watergate look like just another B&E. Attach the Abramoff scandal and the Plame affair. This is going to be beyond huge.

6. Right. It just makes NO sense. If the NSA was doing what Bush SAYS

they were doing, there was absolutely no reason in the world that they would NEED to bypass FISA. They had a reason for not wanting to go through FISA - and by not going through FISA they broke the law and violated the Constitution.


What was the reason they wanted to skip FISA? Hmmm?
