I wrote an essay against the death penalty when I was 17.
It was my grade 11 final,I can't remember what grade I got (that was over thirty years ago). I guess some things never change.

3. I survived the murder of a family member when I was 16
I was against the DP then and I'm against it now.

I'm happy to say the killer was locked up for life, died in prison, and was never able to hurt anybody again.
