I finally tagged him:

This freak who drives around in his BIG truck with the "Bin Laden for Kerry" bumper sticker and parks it everyday in front of his business on main street.

I finally had the time and a yellow sticky pad so I posted on his truck: "You idiot! Iraq is Bush's gift to Bin Laden. Get a ticket on the clue bus!"

I put it on his driver side window and began walking back to my car a block away. He came out of his business and took the note and called out, rather weakly, "Hey!" I turned and glared at him and he just stood there looking very small and pathetic. I waited about three seconds and since he didn't have anything to say I walked back to the car, got in and drove away.

That's the experience I've had the few times I've confronted those spouting the Limbaugh/* line. They have nothing to say after their initial idiocy. They just get that stunned look on their faces and sputter, if that.

in some places that is considered vandalism. However, it is okay to leave flyers or cards, you just can't adhere them to someones property.

If he's any kind of a businessman he'll rip that dumbass sticker off his car once he hears the news that his boy Smirky's poll numbers are in the toilet. It might just dawn on him when business picks up that he did something right for a change.
