Mehlman -- lying sack o' shit on MTP
So, what did we expect anyway. That idiot is still trying to tie Saddam Hussein to 9/11. Timmie actually called him on it and the slime bag deflected and kept on going.

:puke:

Now, it's time for Dr. Dean!

1. He'll be on here in about an hour, and I know that my house will be filled
with my screaming at the tv again. I don't expect anything less tha lies from that POS.

2. There's just so much of that crap you can watch.
I wasn't sure whether I was about to drop dead from a stroke or high blood pressure and I had to turn the TV off.

That about 1/3 of Americans still buy this shit is totally beyond me.

3. Indeed. His remarks on Katrina were over the top.
He said we saw with Katrina the results of 30 years of a welfare state. He tied that to parents not having a choice about where to send their kids to school.

4. That was stunning
Still weighing on me.

We saw abandoned people and HE saw the result of the welfare state. What? Because they were black, homeless and without any goods?
The hurricane made them homeless and left with nothing. It wasn't their lifestyle we were looking at them living there.

Many of those homes were OWNED by those people. Why does he assume they were on welfare? Because they were black. Freepers saw the same thing, similar comments from them were linked to here.

The working poor and lower middle class often don't have the money to evacuate at the end of the month. Many of them rely on public transportation if they live in a city or have older cars.

What did he know about them then, since he said that is what he saw on TV, the results of the welfare state.
Good God, that was a horrible statement, blatant profound racism. He should be fired.
