Hypothetically, could they overturn Bush v. Gore 2000? I know tht it's not likely, given the current leanings of the cour, but could they do it if they wanted to? What would be the impact?

1. Can't imagine how that'd be possible . . .
Especially since we've had the 2004 election (stolen in an entirely different manner) since then. I'm not a constitutionalist, but not only has that horse left the barn, but the barn's been demolished and the site paved over for a strip mall.

3. Obviously they wouldn't overturn two whole elections, but
Could the underlying issue of vote-counting and state's judiciary power be revisited?

4. Someone'd need to bring a specific case to trial . . .
That would revisit Bush v. Gore. But directly overturning, can't be done.

2. No, the issue has become moot
Bush has already served out his first term as President.
