7. Botany, sometimes I have a hard time listening to her
I want to love her every day, but the never ending fart/vomit/machine gun/sound bite clips sometimes make my neck scrunch into my shoulders!

I wish she would attack more, and lay off the constant sound bites and goofball honking laughter every two sentences...and that is IMO only. She is smart and just as up front as can be..I wish she would use that more instead of relying on sound bites.

I share the same opinion of Franken...of course, maybe I am too serious for my own good!

:)

9. I let go and just ENJOY her!
Sometimes her show - - which I have to download to my iPod - - is the only time I laugh all day.

Hope you can do that, too.

There's not that much fart humor, she just calls herself a fart-joke comedienne.

That, like the Box of wine theme, is just a schtick.

I am a formerly light-hearted gal who has been worried, depressed and sad since December, 2000.

Stephanie Miller and Marc Maron make me laugh out loud, and I thank God for them.

13. You might be thinking of Lynn Samuels
She is on Sirius, and has the mother of all NY accents.

12. I've been meaning to email them about the cat yowls.
They are way too loud and pierce my eadrums because I listen on an iPod.

Thanks for reminding me. :)

Especially when you crank it up to hear Jim Ward's Dubya impression.

19. Stephanie Miller is the best
Beats the rest of the progressive radio options hands down. The affiliate I listen to is in Chapel Hill, NC. I live in Raleigh, not far away, and the station cuts out and is fuzzy depending on where I'm driving. In fact, in west Raleigh or south Raleigh, the Rush affiliate actually comes over the radio in my car even though they aren't close on the radio dial which is very very frustrating and nearly causes me to wreck as I scream at the radio. Wish she could secure an affiliate that had stronger a signal so the much larger population in Raleigh and to the east could get her clearer.
