Karl "Fair Game" Rove goes to church with the Wilsons
Joe's been referencing this in his interviews, including answering Keith Olbermann's question just now. So the Rovester tried to destroy this family, including saying to Chris Matthews that Valerie was "fair game" -- who were fellow parishioners at his family's Episcopal church. And if it's like most Episcopal churches, their children attend the same Sunday school. Wilson just said that he'd heard Rove remarked (in Aspen) that the Wilsons went to the early "wacky" service (the family service, according to Joe) while he goes to the later one. (Maybe "wacky" to Rove is the newer Book of Common Prayer service -- many Episcopal churches use the new, shorter version for early services, and the old, longer rite for the later service.)

I really can't think of words to describe the evil this man is. It's a wonder the church isn't struck by lightning when he walks in.

1. Don't they go to different services. Rove to the Satan Service and
the wilsons to a family/children's service?

3. Good one! I have often said here...
commenting on something or other, that Satan only made one Karl Rove, and assigned him to GW Bush.

2. American Dad
the animated show had a great scene where Karl Rove comes to help the dad, and in one scene they need to go into a church, whereupon Karl Rove bursts into flames, walks back step and the flames go out.

Pretty funny gag. :-)

5. Are politicians required by law, or something, to go to a church?
for some reason i can't imagine rove going to church regularly. except maybe to steal wafers for a black mass?

6. He might get into trouble with the "base" if he didn't attend --
although lack of church attendance didn't seem to affect Ronald Reagan's political career.
