5. It is about sometime of regulation of the "Internets" don't think he
is against the law per se but is extremely pissed off with the way the repugs are doing it. Severely limiting debate and allowing no amendments. Also, has something to do with money, the internet and money for elections.

But Barney is cleaning house.

6. FEC internet Google
House to Vote on Political Blogging Rules

Bloggers will be keeping a close eye on the U.S. House of Representatives today as lawmakers prepare for a floor vote that would exempt political blogging from campaign finance laws.

Texas Republican Jeb Hensarling's Online Freedom of Speech Act would relieve political bloggers from any provisions of campaign finance laws, no matter the blogger's financial connection to a campaign. Nevada Democrat Harry Reid is sponsoring identical legislation in the U.S. Senate.

"In today's e-society, Websites and blogs are quickly becoming the most popular and efficient way for people to communicate, express their views and debate the merits of candidates and causes," Hensarling said in a statement. "Clearly, we ought to embrace these newcomers to our political process instead of applying additional complex and stifling regulatory burdens.

7. Thank you.
I got on the end of Barney Frank's impassioned rant about what a bad idea this was.
