6. The Democrats are just as nervous as the Republicans are with...

...Fitzgerald snooping around Washington. The entire political system is corrupt. There may be enough indictments to choke a horse when this is all over with.

For someone who hates political corruption the way I know Fitzgerald does he must feel like a kid in a candy store in D.C. Its everywhere he looks.

The Dem's, Repug's, and media, all had a great thing going in Washington at our expense. Now there is a chance that may all be coming to an end for all of them.

The Dem's want Fitzgerald to pack up his tent and come back here to northern Illinois just as much as the Republicans do. And he might just do that? And then again he might not? If I had to guess I would say not.

Don

3. Which Democrats do you think are involved in the CIA leak case?
I'm not so foolish as to believe there's no corruption in the Democratic party, but Fitzgerald's task is somewhat limited in scope. It doesn't matter if he senses corruption everywhere he looks unless that corruption is related to the case he's investigating. He's not going to be indicting Tom Delay, for example. Give how thoroughly Democrats have been excluded from power in the past 5 years, I'm having difficulty believing there would be many Democrats involved enough in the CIA leak case to be on Fitzgerald's shit list. He doesn't have carte blanche when it comes to bein' a crimefightin' man and I sure as hell don't see Bush giving him more power, now do you?
