What time will Fitz make his announcement ?

I heard that the grand jury will be meeting again for at least part of the day. And that wouldn't start until at least 9:00 AM. So I'm estimating 1:00 PM or later.

2. CNN said that Pres. Bushitler was making a speech on terror

at 10:00 a.m. ET. I would think Fitmas would come before that or later this afternoon. How ironic we should hear the terror talking points repeated again today. Even Repugs are probably sick of hearing the same speech over and over.

6. After the GJ finishes for the day

I am guessing early to mid-afternoon, depending on how much the GJ has to do yet in terms of voting. Of course, if that has already been done it could be earlier but I doubt it would conflict with *'s morning speech which I understand is at 10 am eastern.
