It's clear that Fitz has Washington and the entire DC press corp completely confused and befuddled. Reading MSM articles today (including the NYT, WP, and LAT, as well as Reuters and the AP), I saw complete confusion as to who is getting indicted, uncertainty as to whether the grand jury will be extended, befuddlement as to whether the indictments will be under seal or available for public viewing, and a complete and utter cluelessness about what will happen next. Fitz has clearly thrown the beltway mavens into a complete tizzy of confusion, and turned the entire City upside down.

Thus, as a reader, I have no idea what is going on -- but I know one thing, I'm getting my popcorn ready!

And was shocked when she didn't know what indictments were coming out tomorrow.

I said "The ones for outing Plame."

Glimmer of recognition.

Maybe I'd be better off if today would have caught me off-guard.

The guy has done a masterful job of obfuscating his intentions. He's got the whole MSM running around like chickens without heads. The entire Internet is abuzz with so many rumors, nearly all of them unfounded, that it's difficult to tell what's what.

I'm sure we're going to be all very surprised (I hope pleasantly so) when we open our Fitzmas presents.
