Gulf War, when Saddam had that American Family at his palace, and he had his hand kind of patting the side of that little kid's face in the photo-op. They showed it all over the news and got the whole country infuriated. The kid and that family, had the same kind of forced smile that our own troops had today during the PR fiasco.

I was trying to find that picture from the first Gulf War, but had no luck. But that was the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw this crap today.
