God. Damn. Freepers. Are. Stupid.
As I was standing on my front porch, today, I came to a realization. I guess I already knew this, but the neocon/propagandists/ivory tower of the right have done their "history's actors," stuff so effectively, that it has literally made scrambled eggs out of the brains of freepers and wingnuts.

They've pissed and pawed about "big government," for *like* ever -- at least as long as my lifetime has spanned -- and then, every time a puke gets the presidency, the damn budget goes off the freakin' charts, government is expanded, the POWERS of government are expanded -- IN EVERY AREA, EXCEPT THAT WHICH IS FAVORABLE TO LARGE CORPORATIONS -- the government becomes more secretive, we switch over to a war-and-deficit-driven economy, and the police state balloons.

This time, with the "Patriot Act," they managed to basically gut the Bill of Rights. You ask a freeper -- "what you have to say about that, militia boy?" And you get some kind of zombified response about "things changing after 9-11." So, OK, things changed -- Constitution gutted, Bush is appointing more corpo-fascists to legislate, from the bench -- or more importantly -- to legislate social concerns and play "strict constitutionalist," when it comes to overriding the CEOs that run the legislature, Bushy sends the feds Waco-style down to Florida, to make sure seniors can't buy drugs from Canada, and Cheney makes policy, behind closed doors with criminals and cronies -- AND: we started the "war on terra."

They argue that this giant police state is necessary to protect us from the "Islamofascists" that are hiding in their underwear drawer, yet, what did we do? Attack IRAQ. Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11, despite Laurie Mylorie and the "flow chart o' delusion," that links Saddam to the OKC bombing, the death of Jim Morrison and the pie that disappeared from Hugo Chavez's grandmother's cousin's geriatric nurse's sister's best friend's window. It was all hot and steamy and smelled of cherries, and Saddam just couldn't help himself...

So, the government is huge, Constitution is gutted, world hates us, 2000 of our soldiers are dead and we went after the wrong guy.

Now, I realize, to anyone here, that this is what's called a "no brainer." But, it gets even worse with the Religious Right, their Bible Literalism the "Christian Nation" bullshit, etc. The right is hoping that this floosy that Bush has appointed is more of a strict Biblical-ist than a strict Constitutional-ist. And it's true, because if they knew ANYTHING about the founding of this nation, the history of the Englightenment, political philosophy, Rousseau, the birth of democracy, the Constitutional process, etc., there's no way that they could possibly say that. They just play the "pull quote," game with a few pro-Christian quotes, and stick their fingers in their ears.

How the hell did we get to this point? Sorry, this is just a rant, but I needed to vent. I don't often post my own topics. I just lost it, today. How pig-ignorant do you really have to be to support this current administration and the GOP. For crap's sakes, I'm a libertarian (small-l), and I see nothing that says to me "small government," about these jokesters. The tax cuts are strategic, aimed at people who don't need them, and psychologically insinuated to be for the poor freepers. They're not about "the free market," or freedom or less government control. It's all strategy with these guys -- power. Power. The freepers do their bidding.

What a bunch of ignorant fucks.

1. .
"People don't want to look at the unpleasant side of things. They don't want to fix them if it takes much work or if it threatens them or their safety, and that's how and why things get so bad at times."

4. Freepers are ignorant and unAmerican. Want to watch their head
explode? Ask them where Osama Bin Laden is, and why the most powerful demigod on the face of the earth cannot find one six foot four inch "insert preferred derogatory term for Arab the Freeper you are facing uses" dragging a dialysis machine through the mountains and deserts of Afghanistan.

When they try to change the subject to Saddam, hammer them with Osama. Everytime they try to justify not finding Osama, bring it back. Where is he? Where is he? Where is he?

The head will explode. And they won't talked to again. :-)
