Just home from D.C. And do I have some aching feet and some stories
There is the veteran at the wall who is being screwed big time! There is the anarchists who were shot at with rubber bullets and escape into the CVS, there is the ant bites or some damn thing that chewed half way threw my feet and shins yuck, there is the Hostel International, there is the lovely Quakers, but most of all there are the wonderful DUer's who I love and cherish and will never forget marching side by side until we were so hoarse from chanting and screaming ... but for now I'll be satisfied just to get some zzzzzz's. DU YOU ROCK! :grouphug: :headbang: :yourock: :woohoo: :applause:

and I'll sign off with this:

THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL has issued a no-nonsense warning about a
new, highly virulent strain of sexually transmitted disease. This
disease is contracted through dangerous and high risk behavior.

The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim (pronounced "gonna re-elect
him").

Many victims have contracted it after having been screwed for the past 4
years, in spite of having taken measures to protect themselves from this
especially troublesome disease.

Cognitive sequellae of individuals infected with Gonorrhea Lectim
include, but are not limited to, anti-social personality disorder
traits; delusions of grandeur with a distinct messianic flavor; chronic
mangling of the English language; extreme cognitive dissonance;
inability to incorporate new information; pronounced xenophobia and
homophobia; inability to accept responsibility for actions; exceptional
cowardice masked by acts of misplaced bravado; uncontrolled facial
smirking; total ignorance of geography and history; tendencies toward
creating evangelical theocracies; and a strong propensity for
categorical, all-or-nothing behavior.

The disease is sweeping Washington. Naturalists and epidemiologists are
amazed and baffled that this malignant disease originated only a few
years ago in a Texas bush!!

Love you guys!

Senator Ted Kennedy! Haven't washed it since! FANTASTIC! UNBELIEVABLE LUCK! He was coming out of the Senate debate on Roberts. Tired and a little on the grumpy side, but Big D and I both got a handshake! Love that man. Then John Conyers my other hero was down on the floor giving Senselessbrenner a run for his money on battered women amendment! That was a goose-bump day... I am still in recovery. More later must sleep!
