Imgaine the balls of FEMA telling "fire and police departments" how

to operate.

All of those departments including the military should be "flipping

the bird" to those empty "power hungry poltical appointees".

The same people that give us "red light / green light" are frauds.

We are the POWER of this country ....we gave our power to people

that have been taken over by corporations and corruption.

5. unfortunately you are correct. Remember in the old days when a disaster
struck and you saw the FEMA people all over the scene? Those days are over.

6. That was during Clinton's time. He actually made FEMA into an agency
worth having - turning it from a nuclear-war/civil defense org to a natural disaster response org.

And if I'm not mistaken, the gentleman whom Clinton picked to head FEMA was the head honcho for the natural disaster/emergency response team in the state of South Carolina. I think he earned his spurs from experience with the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo.
