the French TV1 showed the tape where Bush REFUSED international help

he obviously changed his mind a couple of hours later

the French Prime then contacted the US ambassador and said that the FRENCH CIVILIAN AND MILITARY MEANS IN THE cARRIBEANS ARE READY

so still waiting for the final green light
