as a shortened term! I work with computers, so I always first do a double take, picturing a large swirling mass of blue cat 5 network cables!

I think it was a FEMA memo a couple of years ago . . . It's here on DU somewhere . . . GD is moving so damn fast . . .

Named three threats to the US - one was a terrorist act in NYC, the other a hurricane in NOLA, the third an earthquake in San Fran.

Huff Post might have it . . .

I'll go check . .
