7. I knew all about this for a couple of years now

8. It was NewsGuyAtl, and it was something to do with Dean and the campaign.

He said it was something he didn't think he was supposed to hear.

You might recall that NewsGuyAtl allegedly (or so he seems to imply) is an "inside source" working at CNN in Atlanta. He had a lot of people in a tizzy here some time ago when he told everyone to tune into CNN for a story that would surprise us all. Many of you got mad and discounted him as a source b/c the story was bumped, but all he really said was that it was a take on a story that we here at DU were not used to seeing (something about the WMD hunt, I think).

I kind of understood his line, and if he's on the up and up, he's probably a copy writer or low level reporter or something who was very close to the story, so he would get excited.

As such, I haven't dismissed his "inside" tips yet. But I'm waiting for some big news, which is supposed to be in October, involving Dean.
