Lance Armstrong is Sheryl Crow's steady.

Sheryl Crow has been affiliated with Rock Against bush.

Hmm. That's all.

20. Some athletes may not be politically savvy and will allow themselves to
be used by politicians with an agenda.

4. Well, mostly Bush just falls off the bike anyway........ but
I think Ms. Crow and Lance are probably a passing thing. I think they were attracted to each other because they look a lot alike.

I could be all wrong, but then again, I don't really care if I'm wrong or right. Neither one impresses me and I have nothing involved emotionally.

I think * is looking for lessons on keeping the bike in the upright position. That should take Mr. Armstrong all afternoon.

16. Upright position specialist? That would be Jeff Gannon
Self proclamed Republican gay male prostitute, with an astonishing Secret Service record of 200 or more visits to the Bush White House. Jeff claims to be a "top" so he can provide the necessary input on this question that is so crucial for Republican "bike crashers" and such.

14. My bet is that Sheryl will not be invited to tea after the ride.
The Bush team are not exactly welcoming to anyone remotely anti-bush in their presence. Would love to see her show up at Camp Casey however to pass the time during the ride...

29. That's not what happened at all...
Lance was dedicated to training for the Tour during his marriage. When he and his wife had twins after their first child, it got too much for her to travel with the kids over Europe for a significant part of the year.

Also, he met his wife AFTER he had cancer, through events to raise money for cancer research.

Their divorce was, by all accounts, pretty amicable. In fact, he and his ex-wife remained close friends, and he actually bought a house just down the street so that their kids could easily spend time with either mom or dad.

22. Look Here:
Armstrong is certainly not a Bush supporter. And him being w/ Sheryl Crow will keep him from entering the dark side.

Kerry and Armstrong at the Tour de France

25. Lance was talking about this Sunday with George Stephanopolous
He is good friends with Kerry and Bush he said, but he does make it known that he would like more money spent here at home for medical purposes and cancer research rather than fighting wars. He said, "I may get in trouble for saying this," and then went on to state his point that we are wasting money on others when we should be using it here at home. Lance is a good guy. He has been through alot and I respect the fact that he can communcate on all levels of political bias.
