Would a Supreme Court nomination be withdrawn over past marijuana use?
In 1986 after Bork was not confirmed, Reagan was about to appoint Douglas H. Ginsburg's but his nomination was withdrawn after he admitted he had used marijuana a few times in the 60s and 70s. Apparently it was withdrawn by the advice of that gambling addict, William Bennet.

Would something like that happen today? Or would the pukes try to them claim that 'it's no big deal', but I'm curious how it would turn out if this were to be found out about a nominee.

2. Do you have something on John Roberts, like a Catholic who has
....had multiple divorces, a closet child molester, drugs and alcohol abuse or an on-line porno watcher? Let it out if you know.

5. LOL
No indication as of yet of any of those (as republicans so fondly put it) "youthful indiscretions".

This guy seems squeaky clean so far, but maybe something will be unearthed during the confirmation hearings.

4. Hopefully...
The country's matured a little, since those days. Who knows, Roberts might even be for "states' rights", & against the commerce clause...not necessarily a bad thing, as far as us immoral heathens, are concerned...

Is marijuana use, a big deal??? Hypocrisy...a big deal...pot use, & personal vices, that harm only yourself...non-issues...

If Americans truly care about their "right to choose", they better get the shit, back in the hands, of the states, before these fascist fucks, round up everybody, that doesn't agree with their morality passion plays...devolving centralized power, isn't necessarily such a bad thing...power to the people, & neuter the feds, while there's still some America to salvage...

6. No, not today
That issue sort of went away when Clinton was elected.
