2. She needs to bring up the Constitution In Exile concept.
Roberts is apparently a "strict constructionist" and an "originalist" of constitutional philosophy. Do Americans UNDERSTAND that be a true strict constructionist and originalist, Roberts must OVERTURN all of the SCOTUS precedents with bases that are not found LITERALLY in the Constitution. Where would he draw the line? Brown v Board of Ed? Roe v Wade? Marbury v Madison? We must get to the bottom of whether he believes in the Constitution In Exile and Originalist philosophies. Our democratic future may depend upon it.

8. Did you catch David Gregory
just called Katrina "Cat trina" and then corrected himself.

You must be sending some powerful waves across the miles, Catwoman.

6. If Terry thinks he's being a friend to Roberts, he better watch his
rerun on Hardball tonight!

He just said, "Here's a guy who was soo careful to cloak his own views on subjects..." That doesn't sound to me like a favorable statement to Roberts! It sounds like he's describing somebody very calculating. Hmmmm

11. She beautifully took down the "Left/right" aspect of...
his nomination, and talked about how he move us "backwards", on issues such as worker's rights, environment, and such.

12. She is one of the most effective liberal voices in the media.
Wish she were our icon instead of Garofolo.

15. I love Katrina and she should be more visible. She is always so
calm, so articulate, and has her facts lined up because she does her homework. I also wish she had her own show.
