Come on people, is this YOUR President?

Somebody is definitely pulling the strings, he'd probably deliver the SOTU without his pants on if somebody didn't help him.

1. The one that gets me:
"And so, in my State of the—my State of the Union—or state—my speech to the nation, whatever you want to call it, speech to the nation—I asked Americans to give 4,000 years—4,000 hours over the next—the rest of your life—of service to America. That's what I asked—4,000 hours." —Bridgeport, Conn., April 9, 2002

Referring to the State of the Union Speech as "whatever you want to call it" sounds like dialogue from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.

2. My kids got me a calendar for Xmas, a year's worth of "Bushisms"
While it's a daily source of his idioms (sorry, idiotic statements), somehow it doesn't make me feel any better at all.

Sorry..merlot is kickin' in right now. I'm waiting for him to deliver the next SOTU w/out his pants on, meanwhile, my self-preservation mode is totally dependent on the merlot--oh, and DU. My thanks to each of you!

Have a nice evening, everyone. The inmates are officially in charge of the asylum!
