However, I believe him to be a dangerously amoral meglomaniac whose indiscriminate weilding of the most fearsome military power on earth (to compensate perhaps for his myriad OTHER shortcomings) should cause Congress to take immediate action to disarm HIM.......who knows what could happen when the meltdown finally comes.
