Bush inferiority complex doing him in
He can't ever admit that he made a mistake cause he's so scared people will find out that he's been a failure at everything he's tried in life.

1. Well, I'm not sure its a "complex"
He actually is inferior, so its not a delusion at all.

His diagnosis is probably more like VapidFratBoyCheerLeaderBrat Syndrome.

2. Why should he?
When you've been bailed out by Daddy, and Daddy's friends, your whole life, why should you have to admit to a mistake?

3. Yep
The only thing he has is name recognition from daddy and a willingness to play ball with the corporate elite. Throw in a down home image to fool the apolitical voters and that's all he's needed to win a couple of elections.

4. Nah, it's the arrogance! He'll never admit (even to self)
that he's inferior. The result will be the same though

5. Just watch out when he caves
Those people implode when critical mass gets too high. Maybe Powell should keep the 'football' for a while

10. Chimp and Saddam have this in common...both are ruling from fear...
Saddam couldn't come clean on WMD because he would show how weak he really was, and his life was right where he wanted it to be as a ruler that everyone feared.

Same with Chimp...he plays on the country's fears..thats all he has going for him. He is a paper tiger...er chimp.

7. inferior, sure
he has never had to deal with the consequences of his actions -- never in his life. However, I believe him to be a dangerously amoral meglomaniac whose indiscriminate weilding of the most fearsome military power on earth (to compensate perhaps for his myriad OTHER shortcomings) should cause Congress to take immediate action to disarm HIM.......who knows what could happen when the meltdown finally comes.

from the US and in Iraq. It's too late for Bush to apologise. He lied for gain and did not care about the innocents.
