Just wondering
I was just a lurker prior to the elections, because I really felt that Kerry would win. When he didn't, I was outraged.
I tried to join. Registration was locked down.
I'm wondering if it isn't a good time to lock it down again....:eyes:

4. I was thinking the opposite
People who are interested in Downing Street would probably come here for legit reasons, not to flame. Locking after the election was good, to prevent the gloating Bush supporters from flaming, but I don't think many of the people now would come to do that.

9. Many good points
With Watergate post-scandal affairs as well as the Downing Street memo, I just have a feeling we are going to get hit hard.
But...you all are correct. We should just let it hit as it will.
Was just a suggestion...obviously stupid.

3. I'm noticing many new people, but
I can't blame the majority of them if they've left the dark side. I have seen disruptors tombstoned, so the mods and admin are on their toes, and thanks to all of them!

5. I'm New!
and very, very glad registration was not locked! I've already gotten some super ideas here and don't think this is an appropriate time to lock because many, lik me, are just seeking out sites like this!
