Question: Are the DEMS worthy of your ten bucks today?
I'm really proud of our Democratic senators and the fight they're putting up to stop the Fristians cold in their tracks. They've taken off the gloves and are not shying away from using fightin' words. They're giving it everything they've got.

Not only have I emailed them and signed petitions to express my support for their efforts, I've also sent ten bucks to the DSCC (wish it could be more, but times are tight). Harry Reid says this in his email today:

Democracy or Dictatorship?

... Senate Republicans are so cravenly beholden to their right wing base that they are willing to blow up 200 years of Senate tradition and break rules that protect the rights of all Americans.

I will personally make the calls and write the letters that will raise the money to match every contribution you make today. The amount of extra resources the DSCC will have in the coming months is entirely up to you. We need you in our corner now, not just right before the election. You know we'll need every last dollar to defeat this Republican Party run amok....

If you think our fightin' Dems are worth your ten bucks today, please go over to

http://www.dscc.org

and donate, or check your inbox for Harry Reid's email request.

At the end of March the RNC had $26.2 million on hand, Dems, $7.2 million. 'Nuff said!

3. Or join your county Dem party!
Here in Brew Town, it's just $25 - less than the cheap seats at club concert. What a deal!
