Nice dream...we all have 'em. Now back to planet earth.
While I agree with your sentiments, none would ever stand an ice cube's chance of hell in happening, and some could happen without the government...and should be.
From where I see it, there are still many Democrats still sitting on their hands and playing the games I've seen in the past..."let someone else do it". I rarely read here about developing local parties and candidates or candidates that are trying to organize their races (I used to see some of those here in the past)...also very little from the DNC, DNCC or DSCC about their strategy for next year. Crush? Right now we'll be lucky to hold onto seats we currently have.
Yep, we all have lots of frustration and anger, but I'm still seeing a lot of circular firing squads. This Democrat fighting with that one...special interests standing on their ground and not working with others and this chasm has grown wider since the election, not closer. You're not gonna win elections that way.
Dream on...we all need them. But I'm not seeing anything positive going on about Democrats taking the offensive here. Most are just hoping Repugnicans over-reach and they beat themselves. Not a smart strategy.
