Was Gannon Commander Cuckoo Bananas boy toy?

I was watching Friday nights Bill Maher on Tivo yesterday and couldn't believe what Al Franken was saying. Franken was implying that Gannon's numerous visits to the White House were to see Commander Cuckoo bananas for an intimate encounter.
Gore Vidal was on the panel and told Franken and Maher that their noose was getting tighter, while they were cracking jokes about Commander Cuckoo bananas and Jeff Gannon.
The fact that Gannon was in the White House numerous times without a pass and for no apparent reason. The fact that Gannon was busted/outed for his being an escort may have been a smoke screen for the real story. If Gannon was an escort, what a great cover to be a media reporter asking softball questions.
The photo where Commander Cuckoo bananas is smiling while touching Gannons bald head, it crossed my mind that he had touched Gannons head before.
Was Gannon in the White House to "visit" Commander Cuckoo bananas?
