Has Galloway received real coverage on any of the big 3?
ABC/NBC/CBS? I just got home from work and I'm seeing that he popped up all over cable, but the penetration there is a fraction of what it is over on Nightly news...

Has anyone seen him receive any form of treatment in the Antenna world?

1. He was just on with the insipid Charlie Rose; one on one....
G did quite well.

I want to see more... especially his senate testimony... but I have no cable. Is there a link to a site somewhere?

5. I'm watching the vinegar faced guest
right now, complaining about Galloway's style without addressing a single point he's made. Now he's whinging about the reaction of all the Americans at the UN in the audience.

I mean, how very impolite to tell the fucking truth!

2. YES! NBC Nightly News showed this video clip!!
“Senator, in everything I said about Iraq, I turned out to be right and you turned out to be wrong and 100,000 people paid with their lives; 1600 of them American soldiers sent to their deaths on a pack of lies; 15,000 of them wounded, many of them disabled forever on a pack of lies.”

4. Score one for NBC.
Frankly I'm happy but shocked. I was worried that we'd all be celebrating a Cable victory but end up with very little actual public awareness. Galloway appears to have done more for us in a few minutes than Memogate has been able to do in weeks.

some light in the tunnel still.

8. Thank you for that, I was flipping what few channels we do get and
didn't see more than a passing and slanted swipe at Galloway.
Wonderful!!

6. ABC News Fails to Cover Galloway
ABC News Fails to Cover Galloway (or any news?)
by londonbear
Daily Kos
Tue May 17th, 2005

ABC's World News Tonight is rebroadcast on the BBC's news channel. I had earlier watched the CBS Evening News why Sky News retransmit. Coverage of Galloway's evidence at the Senate committee was buried halfway through the CBS program. The World News Tonight coverage was zip, nada, nothing, silent.

10. Galloway was superb
Given that he was not sub-poenaed by the Senate, why did Mr Galloway go?

Mr Galloway decided to exploit a golden opportunity to lambast the US government for its invasion of Iraq and promote himself as a leading anti-war politician. Reacting to the accusations of illicit financial transactions, he in turn accused the Senate of what he called the "illegal" toppling of Saddam's regime. Some of his harshest remarks concerned the US Senate's support for the war, remarking that Senator Coleman was "remarkably cavalier with any idea of justice".
